About Bluetooth

Q: Why can't I search for my lock in the app when I first add?

A: Below are the key steps to a successful Bluetooth connection:
1- Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on.
2- Make sure you download and register the NICE DIGI app!
3- Make sure that the authorization of the app for the Bluetooth connection has been turned on (Click to see video)
4- Make sure the lock has been reset and the phone is 2 meters away from the lock.
5- For a better Bluetooth connection, please touch the keypad of the lock to activate the lock while connected.

Q: Why can't I connect to Bluetooth after using the lock for a while?

A: Please try standing as close to the lock as possible and touch the keypad to activate it, which can speed up the Bluetooth connection. If the issue persists, please contact us promptly.
About Wifi Control

Q: Why can’t I control the lock remotely?

A: Please note that this smart lock is a Bluetooth lock, which means it can only be controlled within the Bluetooth range. If you need WiFi control, you’ll need to connect an additional gateway. The gateway is sold separately, and you can purchase it from our NICE DIGI store.
