You can adjust the handle direction to fit your door as follows:

Function - Default Lock: Why I can’t open my door from the outside after I install it?

Answer:
Please note that the lock is shipped in a locked state by default, which means that you will need to unlock it with an unlocking method before you can use it.

 

Mechanism - Latch: Why can't I unlock the door even using the code or key?

Answer :

Step 1: Please check that the square hole of the latch is horizontal and not inclined.

Step 2: Please check if the latch is damaged. If the latch is damaged, please contact us to send you a new one to replace it.

Mechanism - Motor Failure: Why does my lock say“unlocked,” it still won’t open outside. But the interior can be unlocked.
